What’s counted as a “service hour”?

Time our team spends curating, securing, coordinating, or changing your arrangements (quotes, holds, vendor calls, logistics, group chat support, etc.). Pass-through vendor costs are billed at net; JSL fees are disclosed.

On-Demand (Non-Members)

Service fee 15–25% of booking value (min AED 1,500). Curation for villas/yachts/events AED 5,000–25,000. Event production and talent bookings at net artist fee + 10–15% handling (unless venue pays).

Compliance & Payments

We orchestrate; licensed partners execute regulated components (holiday homes, yachts, security, aviation). Crypto payments are processed only via VARA-licensed gateways. Deposits 50–100% per vendor policy.
